Webster Lacrosse Club (Upstate NY) hosted its 2nd annual alumni Turkey Bowl Lacrosse game. It's played at Webster's outdoor lacrosse box on Thanksgiving Day, which has a brand new state of the art electronic scoreboard. Both sets of box goalie equipment were donated by former Rochester Knighthawks goalie Pat "Tool Time" O'Toole. Mark Matthews does it again. An incredible one-handed pass to Chris Bocklet, who scores his 6th goal of the game. That’s right, 6th goal. Denver at one point was down 12-3, and came back to win 13-12. Chris Bocklet had six of Denver's 13 goals. Matthews and Bocklet were a big part of the historical comeback, with Matthews dialing up assists and Bocklet drilling goals. To comeback, Denver went on a 10-0 goal scoring run. This 3d select New England team was formed from various schools in the New England area along with one player from Canada. Currently, there are 10 Division 1 verbal commitments. Almost all of the uncommitted players you see have received numerous college opportunities at the D1 level. Max Schmidt of the Ohio Machine scored an unbelievable 80-yard buzzer beater goal as time expired in a Week 13 match-up with the Boston Cannons this past weekend.
