Cassese unveils 2015 Lehigh men’s lacrosse schedule

Lehigh will open its season by hosting Marquette on Feb. 7. The Mountain Hawks defeated the Golden Eagles in their home opener last season, 13-6, but Marquette bounced back to finish 4-2 in the Big East and advance to the conference semifinals. The following Saturday, Lehigh will travel to Furman for a second straight season before returning home for its Patriot League opener against Boston University on the 21st. Read More...

Cassese announces new-look Lehigh men’s lacrosse coaching staff

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh head men's lacrosse coach Kevin Cassese has announced the restructuring of the Mountain Hawks' coaching staff. Errol Wilson has been promoted to associate head coach and Will Scudder has been promoted to full-time assistant coach. In addition, Cassese has added Chad Surman to the staff as an assistant coach while Tom Cassese will remain on staff as the Director of Quality Control. These changes come after Brendan Callahan was named head coach at Dartmouth late last month after spending seven years with the Lehigh program. Read More...

Cermack named Lehigh women’s lacrosse assistant coach

Cermack enjoyed a standout career for the Blue Jays, posting 149 career points behind 98 goals and 51 assists capped off by a 59-point effort in 2014. Mountain Hawks recognized with IWLCA Team Academic Award

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Continuing its success in the classroom, the Lehigh women's lacrosse program has been honored with an IWLCA Team Academic Award, as announced on Monday. The award goes to teams with a 2013-14 grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The Mountain Hawks posted a strong 3.28 team GPA last fall and 3.44 GPA last spring. Read More...
