Colorado State University Men’s Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class of 2013 Announced



Fort Collins, CO – The Colorado State University Lacrosse Alumni Association is proud to announce their Hall of Fame class of 2013. Former Rams Pete Mottram (1996), Pat Coy (2001), Ryan Davis (2002), and Nick Stanitz-Harper (2005) have been inducted into this year’s class by the CSULAA Hall of Fame committee and will be honored on April 20 at halftime of the Rocky Mountain Lacorsse Showdown between Colorado State University and the University of Colorado. #1 Rams Take Down #5 Chapman 5-4 in Triple OT



Loveland, CO – Trailing the 5th ranked Chapman University Panthers by two goals, the #1 Colorado State University Rams rallied to tie the game in the last four minutes and Sean Smith (Amherst HS / Amherst, NY) stuck the game-winner with 2:43 remaining in the third overtime period to get a key out of conference victory on a cold night at the Loveland Sports Park. UCLA Bruins Topple N. Texas 16-5, Hope To Build Momentum

LOS ANGELES – UCLA Men’s Lacrosse (4-4) defeated visiting North Texas (3-6) by a score of 16-5 on a foggy Friday night in Westwood. After the Mean Green started off the game’s scoring, the Bruins were able to ride a 6-0 run to a five goal halftime lead. Balanced Effort Leads #1 Colorado State Past LMU



Loveland, CO – The #1 Colorado State University Rams used a balanced effort on offense, a smothering ride, and outstanding defense to dispatch of visiting Loyola Marymount on Thursday evening at the Loveland Sports Park. Loveland, CO – The #1 Colorado State Rams used a six goal third quarter to extend a 7-3 halftime lead into a 13-3 advantage over the visiting Westminster Griffins on Saturday afternoon at the Loveland Sports Park. The Rams got 14 total points from attackmen Sean Smith (Amherst HS / Amherst, NY) and Austin Fisher (Rock Canyon HS / Highlands Ranch, CO) to pull away from the MCLA Division II powerhouse in the second half and record a 14-7 win in what was otherwise an evenly played game.
