BOSTON – Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, announced the weekly award winners for Week Two of the 2013 season, which concluded on May 5. The winners are chosen every week by MLL Commissioner David Gross and are based on outstanding in-game achievements. The Warrior Offensive Player of the Week went to Chesapeake’s own Ben Rubeor, while Hamilton National Brodie Merrill stole the Warrior Defensive Player of the Week. Read More…

BOSTON — Major League Lacrosse announced Wednesday that Hamilton Nationals defenseman Brodie Merrill has been selected as the 2011 Warrior Defensive Player of the Year, according to MLL Commissioner David Gross.
