Detroit-Michigan Game Officially Cancelled



ANN ARBBOR, Mich. (4/18/2013) — With the weather still unpredictable for today, the Detroit-Michigan men’s lacrosse game at Michigan Stadium that was suspended yesterday was officially cancelled this morning. Detroit led 4-3 with 6:32 left in the second period when the second lightning delay of the game sent the teams to the locker room. With the storm never letting up, the call was made to suspend the game with the hopes of resuming it in the future, but it will now go down as cancelled. Read More…

Bragging Rights On The Line In The Big House As The Titans Face Michigan On Wednesday



DETROIT (4/16/2013) — The second edition of the battle between the only two Division I programs in the Great Lakes State will resume on Wednesday as the Detroit Titans head to Ann Arbor to face the Michigan Wolverines under the lights at Michigan Stadium. Third Quarter Surge Lifts #7 North Carolina Over #19 Brown, 18-12



Chapel Hill, NC – Seventh-ranked North Carolina utilized a 7-4 third quarter surge to earn an 18-12 win over 19th-ranked Brown at Fetzer Field before a national television audience on ESPNU. The Trilogy Certified Events are true invitation-only camps where the full-time Trilogy staff of former college coaches and educators will individually qualify each player prior to attendance. Cockerton’s Six Goals Lead No. 6 UVa over Mount St. Mary’s, 18-11



CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – In severe to moderate rainy conditions, the No. 6 Virginia Cavaliers (4-0) used six goals from Mark Cockerton and five points from Rob Emery and Nick O’Reilly to grab an 18-11 triumph over the Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers (2-2), at the UHall Turf Field on Tuesday evening.
