NOTRE DAME, Ind. – With five first-place votes, the University of Notre Dame was selected as the favorite to win the 2013 BIG EAST men’s lacrosse championship in a poll by the league’s seven head coaches, who were not permitted to vote for their own programs. Fighting Irish senior goalie John Kemp was tapped as the league’s preseason co-defensive player of the year. Read More…

Notre Dame Lacrosse has produced another cool drill for lacrosse teams to run. This drill is called Skip Pass Survivor and focuses on the technique, approach, and poise needed to defend an opposing player off of a skip pass when you are making a long approach to the ball. Read More…

The Atlantic Coast Conference Council of Presidents has unanimously voted to accept the University of Notre Dame as a new member. The Irish will compete as full members in all conference sponsored sports with the exception of football which will play five games annually against league programs. To say the least, the lacrosse coaches are pumped to join the ACC. Read More…
