Shenandoah Women’s Lacrosse Has Fun Overseas

WINCHESTER – Three women's lacrosse players recently returned from an experience of a lifetime as they spent 10 days 'across the pond' representing their country playing lacrosse in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Bowdoin Men’s Lacrosse Team Names Jason Archbell New Head Coach

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College Athletic Department has announced that Jason Archbell has been named head coach of the men's lacrosse program. Most recently an assistant coach at the University of Pennsylvania, Archbell becomes the seventh coach in the history of the Polar Bear men's lacrosse team and just the third since 1970. SALEM --- Max Voumard scored with just over a minute remaining in overtime to down Roanoke, 13-12 in front of a capacity crowd at Kerr Stadium Saturday night. 2012 ODAC Lacrosse Preseason Coaches’ Poll

FOREST, Va. -- Just one point separates first and second place in the 2012 ODAC Men's Lacrosse Preseason Poll. Both Lynchburg College and Roanoke College picked up four first place votes, but the Hornets received one more point than the Maroons (46-45) to stand atop the annual coach's survey. Hampden-Sydney College (35) and Washington and Lee University (33) are just two tallies apart for third. Read More...
