As all of the boys voyaged back to Lehigh on Friday, January 11th, there was only one goal on our minds: win the 2013 National Championship. Looking back at a stellar 2012 campaign, we accomplished many firsts in school history. It was an unbelievable opportunity to be a part of that Mountain Hawks team, as the flywheel got rolling like I could have never imagined. Lehigh Men’s Lacrosse Releases 2013 Schedule



BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Smith Family Head Lacrosse Coach Kevin Cassese announced the Mountain Hawks’ 2013 schedule on Thursday, which features four teams who finished in the top 15 of last season’s final Nike/Inside Lacrosse Media Poll. Lehigh will play 14 regular season games, seven at home, five on the road and two at neutral sites, as the Mountain Hawks will face Denver, UMass and Colgate who all advanced to the 2012 NCAA Tournament. BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The 2012 Lehigh men’s lacrosse team will be honored in a special halftime ceremony at Saturday’s football game vs. Fordham. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. in Goodman Stadium. Lehigh Men’s Lacrosse Announces Fall Schedule



BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Smith Family Head Lacrosse Coach Kevin Cassese announced the team’s action-packed 2012 fall schedule on Wednesday, which includes Alumni Weekend, the Nick Colleluori Classic and the San Francisco Fall Classic. Lehigh’s fall will be an active one, including the Sixth Annual Nick Colleluori Lacrosse Classic when the squad will face Hofstra and Robert Morris, along with the San Francisco Fall Classic vs. Ohio State. Lehigh Lacrosse Finishes Near Top of Capital One Cup Men’s Standings

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Following a stellar athletics season, Lehigh has finished 32nd in the final Capital One Cup Men’s Standings. The Mountain Hawks garnered 24 points due to three top-10 finishes (football, wrestling and men’s lacrosse). CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Junior lacrosse player Brendan Buckley (Massapequa, N.Y.) has been named the 2011-12 Patriot League Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year, it was announced Thursday afternoon. This honor comes on the heels of Buckley being named a first team Capital One Academic All-America selection and the Patriot League Men’s Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year earlier this spring.
