Coach Josh Funk formed Lax Factory in 2011 with the purpose of providing a premier lacrosse program for athletes in Western Maryland. Born and raised in Western Maryland, Funk went on to play at Ohio State and the Minnesota Swarm (NLL). The Lax Factory currently has club teams for U-11, 2 at U-13, U-15 and Class of 2016.
