412 loves to throw weights around and the same goes for the the Rutgers Men’s Lacrosse team. The team recently posted a handful of videos displaying their work ethic during Fall Ball. The team’s various workouts include weighted dips, ladders, cones, power cleans, and sprinting with weights attached to name a few.
