2013 Lehigh Lacrosse Player Blog: Finding Our Identity

By Lacrosse Playground | March 25, 2013 |
Coming off our huge win over Penn State, our squad felt like we were firing on all cylinders. The offense was starting to get very comfortable together and the defense was really starting to step up. We felt like we had corrected our early season woes and were back on the right track. We returned to an empty campus as everyone else went to Punta Cana or some other tropical place like that. Besides just going there, many of Lehigh’s students felt it necessary to post all of their pictures on every social media outlet possible. Read More...

Lehigh Men’s Lacrosse 2012 Player Blog: ‘Bring on the Terps’

By Lacrosse Playground | May 11, 2012 |
The privilege of playing lacrosse together still at this point in May is also special in its own right, but again by no means any source of complacency. A new opponent, a new opportunity, and a plethora of new naysayers are on the horizon. As has been the case since the days of my recruitment to Lehigh, though, the more that people predict us to lose, the more motivated (and more likely) we are to win. Bring on the Terps, bring on the NCAA Tournament, bring on the doubt…bring on whatever and I’m confident that it will only make this Lehigh lacrosse family stronger in the end. Read More...

Lehigh Men’s Lacrosse 2012 Player Blog: Dante Fantoni Put the Team on His Backkkk Doggg

By Lacrosse Playground | April 20, 2012 |
Thinking back to HBO’s “24/7” series this winter, I remember watching the New York Rangers come into their locker room after a win listening to Flo Rida’s lyrics, “Ohh ohh sometimes, I get a good feeling.” As I walked back into our locker room on Saturday, it’s safe to say that I got a good feeling as well. Lehigh Men’s Lacrosse 2012 Player Blog: Beat Bucknell

By Lacrosse Playground | April 13, 2012 |
It’s been a while since I had to write about a loss in this blog. I guess I should consider that a positive thing, but I’d be lying to myself if I thought it was that easy to find personal closure in the face of defeat. Going forward, the only attainable closure in this type of situation can be found through hard work: by working harder in practice than you did in the previous week. Read More...
