UNC Lacrosse Remembering Kellie Thompson Shiley

Former University of North Carolina women’s lacrosse All-America Kellie Thompson Shiley passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 16, at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center from complications following the delivery of twin baby girls on Friday July 13. While at Carolina, Shiley was a three-time All-America who earned first-team honors in 2002 as a senior.
