Traditionally, Virginia Military Institute’s (VMI) school colors are Red, White and Yellow. This year they one-up Yellow and go with Gold helmets. The Cascade Pro7 helmet also displays a Red visor, strap and chin. When asked about the sparsity of decals, “we make our guys earn their stripes,” VMI replied. Expect to see strong decals come Spring time.
VMI prepares for the 2011 season with a new coaching staff. The program has had problems getting support from the school in the past. Let’s hope they turn the corner this year. Keep Reading…
