Sam Fallon and Owen Penn had an idea to utilize the growth of Wheelchair Lacrosse by holding a camp in Atlanta. The camp was also done as a way to fulfill an Eagle Scout requirement. Ryan Beale was just a normal college kid playing lacrosse for Lynchburg College until he was thrown from his car in an accident, which left him paralyzed.
