GAFFNEY, S.C. – The University of Tampa lost its second game of the season to No. 3 Limestone College by a score of 13-7. Tampa drops to 4-2 while Limestone remains undefeated at 6-0.

During a man-up opportunity, Franzese scored to break the 2-2 tie with a feed from Jasper Gantick. 24 seconds later Franzese netted another putting the Spartans up 4-2.

The two goal lead for UT wouldn’t last long as LC went on to score seven straight in the second and third periods to take a 9-4 advantage.

Jeff Clements cut into the five goal deficit with 2:58 remaining in the third period from a Greg Griffo pass.
