The Motive Pure team made a splash at Placid! They reached Lake Placid Open Division finals only to fall short to Burnt Orange in a very close match. The team is made up of 30 something yr old men who primarily played at the D1 level. Assembled by Motive Pure Owner, Jesse Hubbard, and West Genesee/Princeton grad Seamus Grooms, the team consisted of many Princeton Tigers greats such as Damien Davis, Chris Massey, Ryan Mollett, John Hess, John Harrington, Jason Osier and Matt Bailer.

Streaker Sports, purveyor of vintage inspired apparel, supplied their uniforms. In a time where uniforms can quite often be over-the-top the Motive Pure squad decided to tone it down for this tourney. Refreshingly, they went with a minimalist approach. Streaker Sports Co-Founder, Grant Hewit states:

The Motive Pure team wanted unis to match their product. Simple and effective. Hip #s on tops have become a bit of a trademark though.

The tops were Sky Blue, shorts Grey. All colors that embody the Motive Pure insignia. For more information on Motive Pure visit Motivepure.com. Learn more about Streaker Sports by heading to Streakersports.com.
