This week’s UNC I am Second spotlight features a student-athlete who comes from a family that lives lacrosse and bleeds tar heel blue. Frankie Kelly is the nephew of two former tar heel lacrosse players. His father, Frank Kelly, played lacrosse at Cornell, and his cousin David currently plays at Rutgers. His younger brother Stephen is also committed to UNC. Not only is Frankie valued for his face off skills, but he is also an encourager and a strong leader for his team. His story is not one of blatant disobedience or rebellion but about the heart behind obeying the Lord and yearning to follow Christ.

Does anyone else find it ironic that he apparently has stopped using his faith to get attention so he makes a video about it to get more attention for his faith?

He has a hot temper on the football field let me tell you. And the other two kids who commented on this are darshes in no way does he try to get attention through this video, clearly the video producers came to him and asked to interview. It would do both of you well to watch a video about a kid with a 4.0 GPA who would be starting at any other division 1 program in the country.
