University of Michigan to Hold Open Tryouts on Thursday, Sept. 6


ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The University of Michigan men’s lacrosse team will hold open tryouts for all interested and enrolled male students on Thursday, Sept. 6, at 4 p.m. inside Oosterbaan Field House. The building will be open and available at 3:30 p.m.

The medical requirements for a student looking to try out are as follows:

• Signed WAIVER FORM for prospective student athlete non-rostered walk-on participants
• Pre-participation exam completed by a physician (MD or DO) done within the last 12 months (prefer within the last 6 months) clearing them for full participation in tryouts
• Copy of front and back of current health insurance card
• Proof of Sickle Cell Trait test OR signed sickle cell trait testing waiver
