Video: Saint Leo University Documentary Receives Accolades

Most recently, Josh Lane, the 2010 graduate of Wesley Chapel High School earned accolades for his six-minute documentary, “The Road to Respect,” chronicling the Saint Leo University lacrosse team’s 2009 season.The film was named one of the top three documentaries in the state in the Jim Harbin Florida Association for Media in Education student media competition. In November, he’ll find out whether he wins.

Lane, who hopes to continue his passion for video production at the University of Florida, attributes the success of the documentary to his love of lacrosse and watching his older brother play for Saint Leo in 2006.
