Warrior Lacrosse Signs MLL All Star Stephen Berger

Warren, MI. (October 14, 2010) – Warrior Sports announced today the signing of Stephen Berger to a multi year endorsement contract. Stephen is one of the top Midfielders in the game today and will be used in a variety of marketing and advertising initiatives at the company.

In 2010, Berger had one of his best seasons to date while leading the Long Island Lizards to the MLL Championship game. He finished the season with an impressive 28 goals from the midfield and was selected to his 4th All Star game appearance. He was the Game MVP for his 5 goal 1 assist semi-final performance against the Denver Outlaws. His spectacular goal in the All Star game was the #1 play on ESPN’s Top Plays. In his Six MLL seasons Berger has amassed an impressive 126 goals and 39 Assists.

The Maryland native played collegiately at Washington College where he was one of the top players in the programs storied history. His senior year he scored a school record of 94 points on 53 goals and 41 assists and was names the co-midfielder of the year. He was a two time first team All America and finished his career with 135 goals, 106 assists, and an impressive 276 groundballs.
