We Are Hosting the Tewaaraton Award After Party

The Tewaaraton Award is given to the top male and female NCAA Lacrosse player of the year.

The 13th annual Tewaaraton Award Ceremony will be held May 30 at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, DC. The reception begins at 6:30pm and the ceremony will start at 8:30pm.

Now to the after party deets.

George will be hosting the Tewaaraton Award Ceremony After Party for the fourth year in a row on May 30th. Brought to you by Motive Pure, this party has attracted the strongest lax talent on the GDF in years past so expect to see split roll combos, fake flips and ridiculous lettuce.

To celebrate this year’s winner we will be running specials of $5 Georange Crushes, $5 Soco shots, $7 BTB RBV’s, and $20 Fireball Shotskis until midnight. Prepare for a night of high fives, mid-calves and low blows.

RSVP to the after party event here. Thanks for your consideration and hope to see some of you out there for this really amazing event!

To get your tickets, go to Tewaaraton2013.eventbrite.com or Tewaaraton.com. Here is a list of this year’s Men’s and Women’s Tewaaraton finalists.

Lacrosse Playground

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
