WINNERS Lacrosse Tailgate Party

WASHINGTON, DC – On May 17th, join other lacrosse fans and lacrosse alumni in the DC area at the WINNERS Lacrosse Spring Tailgate Party to benefit this fabulous local non-profit! WINNERS Lacrosse works to bring the sport of lacrosse to the inner-city youth of Washington, DC, through after school teams and camps. The Spring Tailgate Party will be a fun night with a BBQ Dinner, Beer, Wine, Live Music, and Tailgate Games! It will be held at Top of the Town, 1400 N. 14th St., Arlington, at 7:30 on Thursday, May 17th. Tickets are $60 and will go to a great cause!

About WINNERS Lacrosse

WINNERS Lacrosse (The Washington Inner City Lacrosse Foundation) is a nonprofit organization that was started in October 2000 to provide Washington, DC boys and girls, from historically underserved neighborhoods, the opportunity to learn the game of lacrosse and the life skills associated with playing a team sport.

WINNERS uses lacrosse as a vehicle to teach life skills. Making learning and playing lacrosse available in the Washington, DC metro area to all boys and girls, especially those who need coaching and mentoring most. Furthermore, assisting these boys and girls with secondary school placement to help them reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible young men and women.
