Minneapolis, MN — August 28, 2015 – Epoch Lacrosse once again has raised the bar in the lacrosse equipment world. The Minneapolis-based company today announced its full support of the lacrosse dying community and has removed the word “dying” from its warranty policy making all dyed Epoch lacrosse heads covered under warranty.
“We understand that players like to customize their sticks to better reflect their personalities both on and off the field,” said James Miceli, Principal of Epoch Lacrosse. “Dying heads has been a part of the game for a very long time and has quickly become an industry unto itself. We understand and fully support the head dying community and marvel at the creativity and the craftsmanship that goes into these one-off works of art. At the end of the day, our engineer’s and material suppliers confirmed there really was no evidence that lacrosse heads were weakened by the color dying process.”

More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
