Gait Lacrosse Teams Up With Rumble In Richmond As The Title Sponsor

ST LOUIS (Sept. 4, 2014) – Gait Lacrosse teams up with the Rumble in Richmond as the title sponsor serving more than 2,000 players, coaches and fans with its high-quality product line-up, including lacrosse sticks, heads, protective padding, goalie gear, accessories and more.

“The partnership with Gait Lacrosse positions our athletes with some of the very best gear in the industry,” said Lee Corrigan, president of Corrigan Sports Enterprises. “We’re proud to have Gait Lacrosse team up with our tournament as they have been a tremendous partner in developing the game at the youth level.”

Gait Lacrosse will sign at least three players competing in the tournament to its Gait Elite Program, a core group of player-ambassadors who will work closely with Gait Lacrosse product engineers to test prototypes and receive new product offerings before they are available to the public. The players will also have access to the company’s “Sci-Fly” Technology, radar guns combined with other specialized measurement tools to gauge speed, accuracy and fit.

“The Gait Elite Program is a unique opportunity to gain athlete’s feedback to power the development of future innovation,” said Ryan Harrington, business director for Gait Lacrosse. “We look forward to watching some of the top young athletes in the country compete at an elite level at the Rumble in Richmond tournament.”

The Rumble in Richmond will be held November 1 and 2 at the River City Sportsplex in Midlothian, Virginia and feature top teams from around the country in 6 boys divisions: U11, U13, U15 (No high school players), Junior Varsity, Varsity and Varsity-Elite.  Teams will compete in a showcase style tournament in front of college coaches from around the country.
