Long Island Lizards Goalie Drew Adams Signs with Team EFX

Mission Viejo, CA – June 21, 2011 – Long Island Lizards standout goalie and all-time save leader at Penn State University Drew Adams is the latest Major League Lacrosse (MLL) star to sign with Team EFX. Adams will be joining EFX Performance, Inc.’s already impressive list of athletes which includes Paul Rabil, Max Seibald, Matt Danowski, Matt Poskay and Ned Crotty.

Adams is a three-time ECAC goalie of the year, a three-time All-American and is the all-time saves leader at Penn State University. Upon graduation from Penn State University in 2009 Adams was drafted 19th in the third round of Major League Lacrosse’s draft by the Long Island Lizards. In high school Drew played at Springfield High School for legendary coach Mike Friel where he garnered All-American honors and was named the Philadelphia Player of the Year his senior year in 2005.
