New York, March 12, 2012 – Maverik Lacrosse today released “Dodging from Behind,” its latest instructional video in the Maverik University video series starring Maverik Athlete, MLL Attackman and former three-time All-American at the University of North Carolina, Billy Bitter. In the video, Bitter offers several key techniques for maximizing offensive opportunities from behind the cage. From a quick change of direction to stick protection and shot placement, this video is valuable for any player looking to be a threat on attack. Bitter began his lacrosse career at Manhasset High School, where he earned All-American honors as a senior. He spent one post-graduate year at the prestigious Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts, before heading off to make his mark at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Billy started every game from his sophomore year forward and was a two-time first team All-American. He totaled an impressive 99 goals and 76 assists with 172 ground balls as a Tar Heel cementing his reputation as one of lacrosse’s premier attackman.
