Recent graduate Cory Scheuerle led the team with a 3.80 GPA
EASTON, Pa. – The Lafayette men’s lacrosse team landed 16 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league announced Thursday. Recent graduate Cory Scheuerle led the team with a 3.80 GPA.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League’s winter or spring championship sports.
The freshman class put a team-high eight players on the list, Matt Close, George Cloud, Owen Green, Will McCarthy, Sean McLaughlin, Alex Mezey, James Roberts and Luke Smith. Adam Broeckaert led four juniors with a 3.70 GPA, while Ben Falcone, Brody Smith and Morgan Westby rounded out the class. Dillon Confalone and Billy Maltz represented the sophomores.
