Benicia, Calif./Boston. (May 2, 2013) – CytoSport™, one of the largest sports nutrition companies in the U.S. and parent company to Muscle Milk®, announced today that it has signed a partnership with two-time professional lacrosse All-Star and midfielder/attackman Kevin Buchanan. Buchanan is the first lacrosse athlete to represent the Muscle Milk brand.
“I’m really excited to join the Muscle Milk team,” said Buchanan. “The company makes great nutrition products that I use during all stages of my workouts, and I look forward to working with them to help me achieve my training goals on and off the field.”
Buchanan enters his sixth season in the professional lacrosse ranks. Last season, he tallied career highs in goals (31), total points (42) and ground balls (15) and was named an All-Star. In 2011, he helped lead his Boston-based team to the league championship.

Buchanan will be featured in Boston-specific marketing and advertising programs and will also be a part of the Muscle Milk Beanshot tournament, an annual single-elimination collegiate lacrosse tournament held in conjunction with a Boston Cannons game.
