Inspired by the first athlete ever to be selected to two all-star games in the same year for different sports (NFL and MLB) Bo Jackson knows a thing or two about cross training. The new Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid is designed for the dedicated athlete much like Bo Jackson. The silver and black colorway represents Bo’s former football team, the Oakland Raiders. Silver outlines the swoosh on the side along with an inverse elephant print on the collar. Inside the tongue tag you’ll see a “Bo Knows” logo while you can also catch a very famous poster of Bo Jackson printed on the insoles.

Very few people know that the 1985 Heisman Trophy winner from Auburn University was an avid hunter and lacrosse player. Before football games, in the early morning, he would hunt turkey with a bow and arrow. In the off season he would work out with the lacrosse team in order to stay in shape for the upcoming football season. Bo Jackson is somewhat of a freak when it comes to talent, speed and strength. It only seems natural that a lacrosse stick would find his hands.
