Brine has announced regional lacrosse tryouts for the Brine Pride of Michigan games. The Brine regional tryouts offer players the highest level of competition, enabling student athletes to test and benchmark their lacrosse skills and athletic ability against the top players. Players demonstrating the highest level of potential will be selected to advance to the 2014 Brine Pride of Michigan games, providing players with an additional opportunity to demonstrate their prowess in a showcase event. ANN ARBBOR, Mich. (4/18/2013) -- With the weather still unpredictable for today, the Detroit-Michigan men's lacrosse game at Michigan Stadium that was suspended yesterday was officially cancelled this morning. Detroit led 4-3 with 6:32 left in the second period when the second lightning delay of the game sent the teams to the locker room. With the storm never letting up, the call was made to suspend the game with the hopes of resuming it in the future, but it will now go down as cancelled. Read More...
