Here are the STX Assualt gloves UNC will be playing in this season. This pair displays a Carolina Blue colorway, but we expect to see a few other color schemes for the Tar Heels including some Nike mitts. All, however, will be embellished with the UNC logo as well as number.

SweetLax uploaded a picture of Johns Hopkins new K18 gloves. The gloves are Matte Black/Columbia Blue with the Blue jay embellished on the cuff. As you may recall JHU began the season with 2011 STX Assault gloves and Nike Vapor Elites, then abruptly switching to stock K18s and finally Matte Black/Columbia Blue gloves. It's still undetermined why Hopkins decided to go in this direction.

Redshirt junior Tim Desko (Syracuse, N.Y.) scored a career-best five goals to lead top-ranked Syracuse (3-0) to a 12-10 victory over co-No. 1 Virginia (4-1) at the Carrier Dome on Friday, March 4. Desko scored three of Syracuse’s five second-half goals to propel the Orange to its first regular-season win against the Cavaliers since 2004.
