Cornell alumnus Brad Kamedulski ’10 has been selected as a member of the first-ever Polish National Lacrosse team, which will be competing in the upcoming Federation of International Lacrosse World Championships, held from July 16-24 in Manchester, England. During his stay, Kamedulski will provide journal entries for CornellBigRed.com. Kamedulski, whose grandfather Eugene Kamedulski was a Polish war hero fighting for the Allies in World War II before immigrating to the United States in 1954, acquired dual-citizenship this spring and is one of nine Americans on the team. We're settling into Manchester now after arriving last night. It's a great atmosphere here. All of the teams are living in dorms on campus, the dining halls are all shared, and team gear is more than prominent. BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh head men’s lacrosse coach Kevin Cassese will man the sidelines in Denver this Saturday, Sept. 8, when the U.S. National Team faces Canada in the “Duel in Denver.” It will mark the first time the current U.S. staff will coach together as they begin preparation for the 2014 FIL World Championships.
