Shock Doctor Mouthguards has Two New Additions

Minnetonka, MN – Protection is the driving force behind Shock Doctor’s cutting edge mouthguard technology, and a passion for innovation results when the number one mouthguard company in the world continues to break new ground. For 2014, Shock Doctor is proud to announce that it will launch two new mouthguard lines with the unveiling of the Gel Max Convertible Tether Mouthguard and the Gel Max Flavor Fusion Mouthguard.

Shock Doctor has improved the top-selling Gel Max line of mouthguards, renowned for their great fit and unrivaled protection, by adding a convertible tether so players can customize their mouthguard experience. All Gel Max mouthguards will have the Shock Doctor unibody design, which now features a detachable tether that can be worn with or without a strap at any time. Some football players like the mouthguard attached to the face mask, while others prefer it not be attached. The new Gel Max Convertible Tether Mouthguard makes both options available throughout the life of the mouthguard.

The Gel Max Flavor Fusion line adds multiple new flavors, marking the first time Shock Doctor has created flavored mouthguards. With an advanced combination of performance, protection and Flavor Fusion technology, the Gel Max Flavor Fusion mouthguards feature all of the protection of the top-selling Gel Max mouthguard: a heavy duty Exoskeleton Shock Frame (no TM), multi-layer construction and a Gel-Fit™ Liner that allows a custom mold for tight, comfortable fit. The new Gel Max Flavor Fusion mouthguards, which can be worn with or without a tether, are available in Orange, Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry, Bubble Gum, Mint and Lemon-Lime flavors.

“Supported by multiple patents, we continue to break new ground and offer mouthguard innovations with real benefits and protection,” says Tony Armand, Shock Doctor CEO. “Around the world, athletes trust the Shock Doctor brand as the leader and the ultimate mouthguard expert in innovation and design.”
