Yesterday we showed you the new Brine Clutch 2 and 2X, now take a look at what the two-shot molding process can produce and take a look at the heads that some college players will be using this spring. Keep Reading…

Yesterday we gave you a look at Brine’s Clutch 2 and Clutch 2X heads, which are hitting stores this May. Next fall Brine is launching a custom team program, where teams can order Clutch 2 heads with team color combinations. But you may see some team color combinations sooner than you think. That’s because some players on Brine teams may be hitting the field with the new Clutch 2X with their team’s colors.

Brine has produced heads for Duke (Black/Blue), UMBC (Black/Yellow), Georgetown (Navy/Gray), and Loyola (Green/Gray). Below are some shots of the heads. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for some of these to make appearances on the field.

In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
