BRADENTON, Fla. (July 19, 2013) - IMG Academy has announced that Ben French, a Toronto, Canada native among the top lacrosse prospects in the Class of 2016, has enrolled at IMG Academy. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound impact player was one of only two Canadian attackmen selected to play for Team Ontario in both the upcoming U-16 National Box and Field Lacrosse Championships. Read More...
Bradenton, Fla. (April 4, 2012) – On the heels of announcing the start of a full-time boarding program for lacrosse, the IMG Lacrosse Academy has announced it will host the 2012 Sunshine Cup, June 23-24, on the campus of IMG Academies. This annual event, which is in its sixth year, is part of the Florida United Lacrosse Cup (FULC) series and is expected to feature more than 60 teams from around the state and throughout the Southeast region of the country. BRADENTON, Fla. (March 28, 2012) – Today IMG Academies announced it will field an Academy fall elite lacrosse team and spring varsity lacrosse team in 2012-13. The fall season will include participation in a mix of field and indoor tournaments, as well as a national recruiting tournament.
