Top High School Lacrosse Players to Compete in the NYC Mayor’s Cup Lacrosse All-Star Games

New York City’s best high school seniors from the Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL), Catholic High School Athletic Association (CHSAA) and the independent schools will compete for the title of “Best in the City” in the inaugural NYC Mayor’s Cup Lacrosse All-Star Games June 2–3. On Saturday, June 2, the independent boy all-stars will take on the PSAL boy all-stars at 11am. On Sunday, June 3, the PSAL girls will play the independent school girls in the championship game at 1pm, followed by the championship boys game, where the CHSAA boys will play the winner of Saturday’s matchup. Long Island Lizards and Charlotte Hounds Played in New York City’s First Major League Lacrosse Game

(New York, April 24, 2012) — CityLax, the non-profit organization founded in 2005 dedicated to using athletics, particularly lacrosse, to benefit student-athletes in underserved communities, along with Poly Prep Country Day School, co-hosted a Men’s Major League Lacrosse exhibition game this past Saturday.
