Texas has been pumping out talent and sending players to play at the next level for years. A few reasons can be attributed to the prime hotbed of athletes and coaches with east coast roots. Case in point, Cade Saustad. Cade is a 6’4″ defenseman who happens to be coached by Max Bartig and Nick Disimile, former Syracuse and Loyola players respectively. Cade is just entering freshman year and is already an absolute stud. He could certainly work on his left hand, but he’s got the wheels, field awareness and takeaway skills to compensate for those faults. After all, he is only a freshman and he will only get better. Check out the great highlight tape below and judge his skills for yourself.
he isn’t a beast, agree with owen, needs to go to lax world or some shit and buy a left hand. he is just tall that is it. I saw no jaw dropping take aways. and let him go to UNC. what have they done recently…nothing. they are the kings of being choke artists
figure out your left hand kid
and you (owen) are amphibious?
multisport athlete (aau basketball & texas football) as well. should have plenty options in lacrosse. Doesn’t play C2C so UNC probably not be interested. may be the next Chris Hipps @ Duke?
commits to UNC in 3, 2, 1…..
