Coming in at #6 is Halifax’s addition of defenseman Tyson Bell. The Thunderbirds traded the 14th (Harrison Matsuoka) and 20th (Ethan Ticehurst) picks in the 2020 NLL Draft to the Calgary Roughnecks in exchange for the five-year vet.

The 2019 NLL champion joins a Halifax team who also added another defenseman on draft night, when they selected Ethan Riggs with the 11th overall selection.
