The year 2020 certainly had its share of ups and downs, but thanks to the NLL, MLL and PLL, lacrosse fans were treated to some bright moments from the pro lacrosse world. Pro Lacrosse Talk looked back on the past year and came up with a list of the top 20 pro lacrosse moments in 2020.

PLL announces Waterdogs LC as the name of the new expansion lacrosse club (January 1, 2020)
2020 started off with a bang as the Premier Lacrosse League announced that the league’s seventh team would be called the Waterdogs Lacrosse Club. What followed was the announcement of Andy Copelan as the team’s head coach, an expansion draft and the selection of Zach Currier in the PLL entry draft.
Kevin Crowley scores 300th goal on one-handed catch and finish (January 10, 2020)
Scoring your 300th career goal is impressive. Doing so on a one-handed, behind-the-back catch and Canadian finish is even more impressive. That’s exactly what Philadelphia Wings veteran Kevin Crowley did on this jaw-dropping goal in the Wings victory over the Vancouver Warriors.
