Palm Beach Atlantic Lacrosse Beats Miami for First Time in Program History

CORAL GABLES, Fla. –– For the first time in school history, the No. 25 Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish defeated the Miami Hurricanes (1-12). Playing in Miami's first game at Cobb Stadium, the Sailfish lead was as many as eight goals in the 16-11 victory. Senior attackman Joe Ciringione (Merrick, N.Y./Sanford H. Calhoun) played an incredible game, finishing with four goals and six assists, while sophomore attackman Colin Price (Fairfax Station, Va./Lake Braddock) finished with three goals and three assists. HARDEEVILLE, S.C. –– Palm Beach Atlantic scored nine goals in an eight minute stretch to decisively defeat No. 8 Savannah College of Art & Design, 21-14, at SCAD Athletic Complex in Hardeeville, S.C. The Sailfish lead was eleven goals at its' largest point in their biggest offensive output of the season.
