Major League Lacrosse Announces New License Agreement with Fathead LLC

Boston, MA (December 7) – Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced today that they have signed a multi-year licensing agreement with Fathead LLC, to produce MLL player and Team wall graphics.

“We are thrilled to be adding Fathead to our stable of license partners,” said MLL Commissioner, David Gross. “Fathead is the industry leader in high definition life-size wall graphics for professional sports. This product is something that our fans have been clamoring for and we are excited to partner with Fathead to bring it to them.”

“We’re very excited to be partnering with MLL,” said Nathan Partington, Vice President of Licensing, Fathead. “The timing couldn’t be better as the popularity of lacrosse continues to grow, so too have the requests for MLL players and teams from our consumers.”

The inaugural MLL athlete, available now in time for the holidays, is Boston Cannons’ midfielder and lacrosse sensation, Paul Rabil.

When asked how it felt to be immortalized on the first ever MLL Fathead, Rabil said, “It’s quite an honor to be included amongst the all-star list of players that have been on Fatheads. Being named the inaugural player for the MLL’s first Fathead is incredible. I’ve always been a big supporter of the product, and am very humbled that I’ll be running across the walls of young lacrosse players’ homes across the country.”

Fathead will introduce additional Major League Lacrosse stars such as Matt Danowski, Max Seibald, Ned Crotty, Brodie Merrill and Kyle Dixon in the near future along with Team logo wall graphics. The Paul Rabil Fathead is now available online at www.fathead.com.

Fathead becomes the latest licensee to sign with Major League Lacrosse in 2010. Earlier this year MLL announced new licensing partnerships with Upper Deck, Skinit and Rapstix.
