Quinn and Oberbeck Earn All-American Honors

PERRY, N.Y. – A pair of Yale University men’s lacrosse players received All-American honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA). Defenseman Michael Quinn (Port Washington, N.Y.) was named to the third team, while attackman Conrad Oberbeck (Greenwich, Conn.) received an honorable mention.

Quinn, also an All-New England, All-Ivy Tournament and All-Ivy selection, helped the New England Champions lead the Ivy League in Scoring Defense this season. The junior caused a team-high 19 turnovers as the Elis allowed only 8.11 goals per game.

Oberbeck topped the Bulldogs in scoring with 62 points, 39 goals and 23 assists. The Most Outstanding Player of the Ivy League Tournament, who also received All-New England and All-Ivy honors, finished his career fourth all-time in scoring with 182 points. The attackman scored 133 goals, second most in program history.
