412 loves to throw weights around and the same goes for the Rutgers Men’s Lacrosse team. The team recently posted a handful of videos displaying their work ethic during Fall Ball. The team’s various workouts include weighted dips, ladders, cones, power cleans, and sprinting with weights attached to name a few. Hopefully, this is a sign of great things to come for Rutgers lacrosse.

Will these Fall Ball workouts propel this team to great heights? Let’s hope so. It would be awesome to see a program like Rutgers transform into a beast.

Very useful videos. You will be surprised how such simple workouts can make such a big difference on the field.
