FLUSHING, N.Y. – Sophomore Terry McKenna (Summit, N.J.) scored a career-best four goals and posted an assist for a career-best five points as the Holy Cross men’s lacrosse team defeated Navy, 7-5, at Citi Field as part of the 2013 Metropolitan Lacrosse Classic on Sunday afternoon in Patriot League action. With the win, the Crusaders improve to 4-3 overall (1-1 PL), while the Midshipmen fall to 3-5 overall (1-2 PL). Lehigh Makes History with Win Over Holy Cross, 12-3

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The #11/10 Lehigh men’s lacrosse team jumped out to a 5-0 lead and wouldn’t look back in downing Holy Cross, 12-3 on Saturday for its school-record eighth straight win. With the victory, the Mountain Hawks improve to 9-1 on the season (2-0 in the Patriot League), currently owning the most wins in the nation, while setting a school record for their best start in school history. Holy Cross Men’s Lacrosse Drops Season-Opener to St. John’s 17-7



QUEENS, N.Y. – Kieran McArdle posted three goals and five assists for eight points, while, Blair Bonner tallied three goals and four assists for seven points for the Red Storm as the Holy Cross men’s lacrosse team fell to St. John’s, 17-7, in the season-opener for both teams on Saturday afternoon at DaSilva Memorial Field in non-conference action.
