Video, Jay Jalbert to be Inducted into the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame



Former Virginia men’s lacrosse attackman and midfielder Jay Jalbert is a member of the 2014 US Lacrosse Hall of Fame class, as announced by the US Lacrosse Board of Directors. Jalbert will be the 12th overall Cavalier to be inducted. Last year Michael Watson became the first Cavalier to be inducted since Dom Starsia in 2008. Read More…

No. 1 North Carolina Drops Virginia in Shootout for ACC Title, 16-13



CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Nick O’Reilly and Matt White had ACC Men’s Lacrosse Tournament record-breaking performances on Sunday afternoon, but it wasn’t enough as the No. 1 North Carolina Tar Heels (12-3) outlasted the Virginia Cavaliers (7-8) for the 2013 ACC title, 16-13, at Kenan Stadium.
