Landon’s Class of 2015 Senior signees have officially announced where they will be playing D1 college lax next season. Landon returns six starters from last year’s 18-4 I.A.C. Co-Championship team, including Seniors and All-American candidates Hunter Sells (goalie) and Colton Rupp (attack).

These boys have worked hard in the classroom and on the field, and provided our underclassmen with an exceptional model of the qualities of perseverance, teamwork and sportsmanship that we prize at our school,” Director of Athletics David Holm said. “I’m so proud of our Landon Bears and excited to see them compete, excel and continue their growth as student-athletes in college.”

Notes on the players are below:

KoKo Avedisian
– Position = midfield

– College = Hobart

Jarett Witzal
– Position = midfield

– College = Bucknell University

Colton Rupp
– Position = attack

– College = Cornell University

– Will captain 2015 spring team, three year starter, leading scorer on 2014 spring team with 44 goals and 14 assists.

Thomas Evans
– Position = defense

– College = United States Naval Academy

Landon McKenzie
– Position = defense

– College= Dartmouth College

– Will captain 2015 spring team.

Hunter Sells
– Position = goalie

– College = Johns Hopkins University

– Will captain 2015 spring team, three year starter.

Kennedy Dunn
– Position = midfield

– College = Trinity College (Connecticut)
