This years Under Armour All American Games will take place June 30th through July 3rd this year at Towson University. We got an inside look at the Boy’s Senior All Star Game gear this year and it looks really clean.
Our box custom built was designed for the Attack/Midfield Position including the Under Armour Command Head (Review Here), a full Hero Mesh Striker Kit, the unreleased Charge C96 Handle, a pair of custom Engage gloves, and a custom t-shirt. The look this year is back to a sharp red and white for the South and blue and white for the North.
Under Armour really made it special for the players selected as this box opens as a full presentation showing off how much they really value the players effort in getting to the Senior Game.
The Charge C96 handle has yet to hit markets but has been shown in small pictures here and there for a couple months. The handle the players will receive has all American right on the handle making them extremely limited edition handles.
For gloves the team at Under Armour went clean red and white with All America stitched on the cuff roll and the All American game logo on the cuff itself.
The tshirt is a Tech T from Under Armour with the game’s logo on the front and #UAALLAMERICA on the back.
Overall Under Armour has created a great look for the players this year and promises to put on a good showing with players from all over the country competing so definitely say check out the game for a good view on what lacrosse is at its finest.
In 2009, Adam O’Neill, Harry Alford and Thomas Alford launched Lacrosse Playground as the preeminent site for lacrosse gearheads. For years Lacrosse Playground provided lacrosse fans with tutorials and tips on how to string a lacrosse head, up-close looks at the gear the top players used and sneak peeks at equipment and uniforms before they were released. More than 10 years and millions of visits later, Lacrosse Playground has relaunched with a focus on storytelling. Our mission is to provide comprehensive coverage of the latest lacrosse news, share insights into the sports betting and fantasy lacrosse world and showcase the lifestyles and personalities of the sport of lacrosse through articles, videos and podcasts.
Predicting the PLL Protected Player Rosters (Pro Lacrosse Talk Podcast #129)
byPro Lacrosse Talk
On this episode of the Pro Lacrosse Talk Podcast, Hutton Jackson and Adam Moore are joined by Lacrosse Playground contributor Brian Andrews. They discuss the Atlas cutting Scott Rodgers, Jeremy Thompson, Kyle Hartzell and Callum Robinson, the trade that sent Rob Pannell to the Redwoods and Chris Hogan, Dalton Crossan and Garrett Thul joining the PLL. They also discuss the retirement of Matt Danowski and Brett Schmidt, provide their predictions for the protected rosters particularly with Dillon Ward, Connor Fields, Paul Rabil, Joe Walters and Kyle Harrison, and theorize what it would take for Coach Sean Quirk to trade the top pick in the PLL Entry Draft and presumably the chance to draft Lyle Thompson.
