Surgeon Sciti

This year STX made the Surgeon Sciti 8% lighter and changed the shaping of the shaft in order to improve the durability. The 2016 model is an all-around improvement for STX’s top end handle.

Shape 9 out of 10

This years shape for the STX Surgeon Handles is different from any they have done before. More beveled and with placement for your fingers to get a good grip the new shape is a definite improvement over past shapes. You will love the feel of this handle in your hands

Weight 9.5 out of 10

The Surgeon SciTi is year in and year out one of the lightest handles on the market. Straight forward it’s a feather with the 8% lighter shaft you will be able to dangle that much easier.

Durability 8.5 out of 10

Light weight can come with a price. Last years model would have gotten a 7.5 but the new shape on the STX Surgeon SciTi improves it’s dent resistance. A hard check will still show damage but where last year it may have taken the handle out this year it is just a minor ding.

Overall 9 out of 10

Great handle by STX for those of you looking for a featherweight this will definitely be a good grab for your arsenal. Check it out in stores this season.
